Most garages order parts and add a markup. We design custom components from scratch — starting with a 3D printed PETG prototype for test fit, then machining the final part in aluminium for durability and heat resistance. BMW M50 oil CCV fittings, custom fog light surrounds, bespoke brackets — all designed here, built here.
Skinny Works is a small specialist garage built on one principle — do it properly or don't do it at all. Every build gets the same obsessive attention whether it's a brake service or a full engine swap with custom-fabricated parts.
We use 3D printing not as a gimmick but as a genuine engineering tool — prototyping in PETG before committing to machined aluminium means every custom part fits perfectly before it's finished. From design to reality, in-house.
